Testing is a fundamental, and often forgotten, part of product design. I have years of experience testing in the NCX (New Customer eXperience) for applications. NCX is a fertile ground and an essential part of the first 60 days of a customer’s experience. Software that creates extraordinary experiences during this time often sees great benefits: high stickiness scores, great lifetime value, and reduced churn.
