Testing is a fundamental and often overlooked aspect of product design. I have years of experience testing in the NCX (New Customer eXperience) for applications. NCX is a fertile ground and an essential part of the first 60 days of a customer’s experience. Software that creates extraordinary experiences during this time often yields significant benefits, including high stickiness scores, increased lifetime value, and reduced churn. Above and below are the registration and onboarding experiences, which have been refined after months of testing.
